Fight For Your Right To Speak!

Peace family, friends, and fellow Kings and Queens!

Earlier today I was watching a video in regards to a new Senate Bill that has been passed by the California Legislature, and Senator Richard Pan, regarding to our 1st Amendment Rights of Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Press. And what I was hearing really made me feel some kind of way! It is referring to Senate Bill 1424. Allegedly we will be limited to what we say on our social media pages, and other public AND private forums including texts and personal emails in regards to the government and other officials! I went onto the California Legislative Information website myself to see if the video was just going above and beyond what was really being said. And here’s what I found;

[SenBill1424]: It was introduced February 16th, 2018 and amended March 22, 2018 (9) By Senator Richard Pan, of California. This Bill states and I quote;

  • Internet: Social Media: False Information: Strategic Plan
    Existing law prohibits a person, among others, from making or disseminating in any advertising device, or in any manner or means whatever, including over the Internet, any statement concerning real or personal property or services that is untrue or misleading, as specified.
  • This bill would require any person who operates a social media(social media meaning any electronic service or account, or content, included but not limited to Videos, Photos, Blogs, Video Blogs, Podcasts, Text Messages, Emails, or ANY INternet Web Profiles, or LOCATIONS) as defined, Internet Web site with a physical presence in California to develop a strategic plan to verify news stories shared on its Web site. The bill would require the plan to include, among other things, a plan to mitigate the spread of false information through news stories, the utilization of fact-checkers to verify news stories, providing outreach to social media users, and placing a warning on a news story containing false information.

Now my question before I continue is, what to THEM is considered false information? Because from what I’ve been seeing over the years are people being scrutinized, harmed, and even jailed for speaking against anything to do with the Government whether it be stated with facts or not! So, how will we know what can and cannot be posted? What they’re basically saying is ‘JUST DON’T POST ANYTHING THAT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING.’ So doesn’t that go smooth against our rights of Freedom of Speech/Press?

From what little I know about the 1st Amendment, that was adopted December 15, 1791, was that it PREVENTED Congress from making any law respecting an establishment of religion, prohibiting the free excercise of religion, or abridging the Freedom of Speech, the Freedom of Press, and the right to peaceably assemble or petition for a governmental redress of grievances.

I’m sure you’re wondering just like myself, ‘what will happen if you go against this Bill?’ From what I’ve heard, and don’t quote me, is jail time! But do not let these wicked humans stop you from living your best life! I sure won’t. You speak until your voice gives out! Sing it to the world if that’s the only way that the people will listen. I know with me being from the east coast, most ignorant people would say things like, ‘Well im on the other side of America, how will this affect me?’ DO NOT HAVE THAT MINDSET! Because anyone with a brain two eyes and ears knows that any law, or bill that is granted in California will automatically spread globally. THis is just a preparation tool to what is next!

THIS IS THEM MAKING AMERIKKKA GREAT AGAIN!
